Terms of Service

Thank you for your interest! By commissioning me,
you are agreeing to the following terms of service:

  1. I have the right to refuse or cancel your commission at any time. I will make sure to communicate this properly.

  2. You may cancel your commission at any time, provided that you can pay me for the amount of work I have done OR you consent to the design being uploaded to my shop when it has been completed.

  3. We must agree upon a deadline before I start work on the commission. I will do my best to meet your deadline, but if I cannot deliver the design on the agreed date, I will notify you beforehand.

  4. You must send me AT LEAST ONE of the following: mood board, Pinterest board, a doodle of your idea, color palette, or design reference.

  5. I will send sketches before proceeding with the design. You may change your inspiration/reference/theme at this stage.

  6. I will send multiple drafts during the design process. Feel free to give feedback for any minor revisions.

  7. I may stream, record, and upload videos of my process of making your commission, as well as post the commissioned work on my social media.

  8. I am accepting payments through Ko-Fi, PayPal, GCash, and Maya. Payment is due once I finish the commission. I will be sending you an image of your files which will be ready for sending as soon as you pay.

  9. If, for any reason, you stop responding or refuse to release your payment once I have sent you the final image of files, I will be putting the design up for sale on my shop ONE MONTH after the design has been finished.

  10. You must credit me when using my designs on your stream by linking my social media on your page.

  11. Commissions are NON-REFUNDABLE. You may not file a chargeback after you have accepted and paid for your commission.

  12. All final designs are FOR PERSONAL USE ONLY.
